Using custom hardware, designed and mancufactured by race engineers, and custom software, designed and developed in conjunction with race teams, we can customise each simulator to replicate real world cars with precision accuracy, from seating positions and steering wheels to software physics.

    **These systems are designed to fit through a standard 820mm door. Depending on the style of door, hinges may need to be temporarily removed to allow the simulator to fit through.

  • Steering System

    Our Direct Drive Steering Systems use an industrial grade servo motor, with 20,000 ppr resolution encoder, to ensure lightning fast accuracy, response at fidelity.
    Using a servo motor not only allows for the high forces experienced in a race car to be replicated accurately, it also allows no gear or pulley systems, meaning you get a lightning fast 1 millisecond response time.

  • Steering Wheel

  • Pedals

    Using load cells across all 3 pedals, not only allows upto 200kg of braking force to be applied, but also allows lifetime duarbility.
    The throttle is adjustable for stiffness and travel, the clutch can have its stiffness, bite point and travel adjusted.
    The brake is the most adjustable, allowing its stoppers to be swapped over for lighter or stiffer pressure, allowing precise replication of a race car brake pedal.

    Screen Adjustment

    Our screen adjustment system is one of a kind, screen positioning in relation to your eye line is crucial to a proper, comfortable view. We've developed a system that allows movement of the steering wheel and screens in one, keeping your eye line and screen height perfect in relation to the steering wheel.

  • EXO-Cage

    The EXO-Cage is another aspect that truely customizes your simulator. Use one of our standard cages, or have us custom tailor one to you. The cage not only adds immersion and an authentic race car feel to your simulator, it also allows for cool add ons, like a custom fully enclosed simulator, 5.1 Speaker systems or even Flight Control systems to attach. The possibilities are endless!
